Bath room smells bad. Facility is very poor quality.
Positive: Location is good.
Negative: This property operation company Let2Rent is cheating guest. They put ashtray at balcony to allow guest smoking at balcony. Then charge guest for cleaning fee AED3000 for smoking at balcony. Never experienced like this bad behavior.
